Parade of Homes Here in 2009

Mark your calendar for June 13-28, 2009, when the BIA Parade of Homes will put Tartan Ridge in the public eye. This fun annual event will be our first opportunity to show how our community will combine Today's Amenities with Century-Old Charm. Roads and Infrastructure Underway

Road construction has begun at our entrance off Jerome Road. Groundbreaking on the homes in Section I is planned for first quarter 2008. But we're not waiting! Today, Edwards Land Company is accepting site reservations from individuals and builders who want to be part of this exciting new community.

Country Club Opportunities

In this pre-construction phase, Edwards Land Company will pay the social membership initiation fee for all new home owners who want to join either Corazon Club & Spa or Tartan Fields Golf Club. Corazon is just a mile from the new entrance of Tartan Ridge. It is a fabulous 60,000-square-foot, three-level Mediterranean clubhouse with fitness and spa facilities as well as pools, tennis courts, and fine restaurants. Tartan Fields is just around the corner, also, with a full-service country club, championship golf course, tennis, and a family-oriented pool.

Builders on Board

In addition to the single-family homes that are part of Section I, three of central Ohio's top builders have signed on to build the 31 low-maintenance homes that we are calling The Villas at Tartan Ridge: Truberry Group, Romanelli & Hughes, and Michael Edwards Building & Design.
