Parade of Homes Here in 2009

From July 11-26, 2009, the BIA Parade of Homes put Tartan Ridge in the public eye. This fun annual event was our first opportunity to show how our community will combine Today's Amenities with Century-Old Charm. Roads and Infrastructure Underway

Several listings from the 2009 Parade of Homes are still on the market. What a great way to buy a completed home filled with top-of-the-line upgrades. If you are looking to design and build your own home, we invite you ot come pick out your site. Drive through Tartan Ridge and one of the first points of interest you will see is the 10-acre park on your left, which borders the new Villas section. Further along Tartan Ridge Boulevard, you will see the Parade of Homes site on your right beginning to take shape.

When you visit Tartan Ridge and see the great location and beautiful features, you'll want to reserve your home site before anyone else does. Country Club Opportunities

In this pre-construction phase, Edwards Land Company will pay the social membership initiation fee for all new home owners who want to join Tartan Fields Golf Club, which is just around the corner with a full-service country club, championship golf course, tennis, and a family-friendly pool.
