Our Builders

Section I of Tartan Ridge will include 31 Villas by Romanelli & Hughes, Truberry Group, and Michael Edwards Building & Design — with construction beginning in early 2008. This first section also will consist of 67 single-family homes accessed from the same Jerome Road entrance as the Villas. We will build the roads leading to the townhomes, single-family homes near the retail center, and larger estate lots on the north end of the community as site sales warrant.
